    LTC4 is happy to announce OU College of Law is our newest law school member.

    Founded in 1909, the OU College of Law is Oklahoma’s premier law school. OU Law offers small sections and class sizes that encourage a strong sense of community; accomplished faculty with international expertise; and a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology. The OU College of Law is the academic home of more than 500 students enrolled in the juris doctor program, the John B. Turner Master of Laws Program, the master of legal studies program and various dual degree programs. OU Law was the first law school in the nation to launch a college-wide Digital Initiative, designed to produce practice-ready students.     LTC4 is pleased to announce that Vendor Member Capensys’s assessments for the LTC4 Core Competency “Time and Billing” have now been approved. Vendor Members of LTC4 have privileged access to our core competencies, just like our law firm members. Approval of a set of assessments by our certification pod is only granted after a thorough review and confirms that the Vendor Member’s assessments effectively evaluate performance in the skills of the core competencies.

    Doug Austin recently interviewed LTC4 members Janice Jaco and Brandye Fenn for his blog series. Janice and Brandye were members of a team of litigation support professionals charged with developing the eDiscovery Core Competency (ECC) Learning Plan of LTC4. Over a 21-month period, the team collaborated and created scenario-based training modules to define the core competency standards for attorneys and legal professionals required to measure e-discovery competency.
