Why Get LTC4 Certified
Clients expect their legal professionals to be technologically competent. LTC4 Certification provides clients with reassurance that the firm takes that competence seriously and it can be a competitive advantage when responding to Requests for Proposals.
Many US state bar associations now require CLE credits in technology education. LTC4’s core competencies have been routinely accredited as meeting the CLE standards of technology competence required by some jurisdictions.
The Process without an approved vendor
Identify training priorities and purchase a
Core Competency.
Mapping – Align training content and assessments to required skills. LTC4 requires you assess at least 85% of required skills.
Certification Pre-Check – Submit your “Mapping” to certification@ltc4.org.
Deliver your LTC4 training and assessment program and collect results. LTC4 requires passing scores of at least 80%.
Submit your application package to certification@ltc4.org.
The Process with an approved vendor
Identify training priorities and purchase a Core Competency.
Work with your chosen LTC4 Approved Vendor who can provide you with the training content, already mapped, and assessments to become certified
Deliver your LTC4 training and assessment program and collect results. LTC4 requires passing scores.
Submit your application package to certification@ltc4.org.
